Use your Teams status

Do 4-digit extension codes work on Teams phones?
Yes. Enter the 4-digit extension as you normally would, and then select it from the drop-down list in your dial pad to confirm.
I'm not receiving any calls!
Make sure you have your phone line set to Don’t Forward.
Check your Teams notification settings to make sure you have notifications and sound turned on for incoming calls. Click here to learn more.

I can’t hear the other person/they can’t hear me.
