OneDrive - Unlink Windows PC
Before You Start
Make sure you’re connected to the internet.
Note: This process will remove your OneDrive files from the device, but the files will remain in your online OneDrive account and any other devices that are linked to your OneDrive account. Unlinking one PC has no effect on any other computers.
Instructions
In the lower left corner of your screen, look for an icon of a small blue cloud. This icon may also be nested in the upward-pointing caret icon.
In the OneDrive pane, click the gear icon and then click Settings.
Click Account.
Under your name and Clark email address, click Unlink PC.
In the confirmation window, click Unlink account.
The blue cloud icon will display circling arrows as the app works to remove OneDrive documents from the device and log you out of the OneDrive app.
Once the process is finished, the OneDrive location will no longer be listed in your Finder window.
Note: Depending on how many files are stored in your OneDrive, this process may take several minutes. You can continue using the internet and email while OneDrive updates in the background, but please do not attempt to open any files stored in OneDrive.
