Transfer a Call
In the call window, click the Transfer button along the top and select Transfer from the drop-down. The call will automatically be placed on hold.
After a moment, a smaller window will pop up. In the text box, input the number or name of the person or group you’d like to transfer the call to. You may see suggested numbers or people based on your recent account activity.
Optional: If you’d like the call to return to you if the person or group you’re transferring to is unavailable, toggle the Ring Back option on.
Confirm the person or number by selecting the correct one from the drop-down menu.
Click the Transfer button in the bottom of the small transfer window.
Wait while the call transfers. Once it does, the call window will close automatically.
Use the Consult then Transfer feature
The Consult then transfer feature lets you check in with another person or group before transferring a call to them.
In the call window, click the Transfer button along the top and select Consult then transfer from the drop-down. The call will automatically be placed on hold.
