  1. Click the Windows Start menu and type Software Center.

  2. Click the app to open it.

  3. In the Software Center window, select Operating Systems from the pane on the left side.

  4. If you see an available upgrade labeled Windows 11, your device is ready! Follow the steps outlined in the Before You Start section below.

  1. Check to see if your device is already running Windows 11 by following the steps outlined in the section below. If so, you’re all set and no further action is necessary.

  2. Contact the ITS Help Desk and provide 6-digit asset number on the "Property of Clark University" tag on your device. You can find this on your desktop tower, or on your laptop, and the tag looks similar to the image below.
