The upgrade options may not display for several reasons. Your device may already be running Windows 11, in which case nothing else needs to be done. Another reason may be that your device is not Windows 11 capable and will not display the option to upgrade.

Check to see if your device is already running Windows 11 by following the steps outlined in the section below. If so, you’re all set and no further action is necessary.
Contact the ITS Help Desk and provide 6-digit asset number on the "Property of Clark University" tag on your device. You can find this on your desktop tower, or on your laptop, and the tag looks similar to the image below.
How can I tell which version of Windows my device is running?

In the About window, check if your device is running Windows 10 or Windows 11.

Before You Start
Back up data to OneDrive, external hard drive, or thumb drive.
Set aside 2 hours to complete the upgrade.
You don’t need to be at your computer for the whole two hours, so you may consider starting the upgrade before leaving for lunch or at the end of the day. Be sure to wait until the upgrade is underway before leaving your device.
Complete the upgrade while the device is on campus.
Connect your laptop to your dock for power and a wired Internet connection.
