Clark University provides Sophos antivirus free of charge to all members of the Clark community. If you have a paid-for antivirus software on your computer, you must fully update it.

Connect to Clark WiFi

Please complete the following steps when you arrive on campus. |
Click the Wi-Fi icon in the taskbar in the upper right of your screen.
Click on ClarkWiFi.
Enter your Clark account information (full email address and password).
Click Join.
If a window appears asking you to Verify Certificate, click Continue.
If prompted, enter your computer credentials.
Click Update Settings.
Troubleshooting
Reset your Wi-Fi Connection
Click the Wi-Fi icon in the toolbar along the top of your screen.
Turn Wi-Fi off.
Turn Wi-Fi on.
Click on ClarkWiFi.
Test your Wi-Fi by navigating to a preferred non-Clark website.
Turn off Private Addressing

This troubleshooting step is applicable to devices with MacOS Sequoia or above. |
Click the Apple logo in the upper left corner of your screen. Click System Settings.
From the left pane, click Network and then Wi-Fi.
Click the Details button for ClarkWiFi.
Make sure Private Addressing is turned off.
