MacOS 12 or lower
In the upper left corner of your screen, click the Apple icon and select System Preferences.
In the System Preferences window, click Users & Groups.
Select your user profile, then click the Change Password button.
Enter your current password (the one you're changing) into the Old password field. Then, type in your new password twice, in both the New password and Verify fields. You can also set a hint for yourself if you'd prefer, but this is not required.
Click the Change Password button.
Restart your computer. Once the Mac turns on again, log in with your new password.
MacOS 13 or higher
In the upper left corner of your screen, click the Apple icon and select System Settings.
In the left pane of the System Settings window, scroll down to locate Users & Groups. Click on it.
Click the small circular i icon next to your user profile.
Click Change Password.
Enter your current password (the one you're changing) into the Old password field. Then, type in your new password twice: once in the New password field and again in the Verify field. You can also set a hint for yourself if you'd prefer, but this is not required. Then, click Change Password.
Restart your computer. Once the Mac turns on again, log in with your new password.

Instructions
In your internet browser, go to https://clarku.edu/password . Click the red Change Password button.
Enter your Clark username and your initial password (the one you'll be changing).
Enter your new password twice. Next, review Clark University's Appropriate Use Policy and click the checkbox before clicking Submit. Once you have submitted your new password, close or minimize that page in your internet browser. Please keep these instructions open 🙂
In the upper right corner of your Mac desktop, look for Kandji's butterfly icon and click on it.
In the small pop-up window, click the Self Service bar.
In the window, click Device Info in the lower left pane, then click the blue Sync button.
Wait for the Password Sync window to appear.
