Before You Start

  • Have the printer domain and printer queue name nearby. This information is given to you by the ITS Help Desk.

  • Connect to the internet

Instructions

  1. From the Start menu, type in the domain name you were given, which is one of the following:

    1. \\cuprinters.ad.clarku.edu

    2. \\xerox.ad.clarku.edu

    3. \\printers.ad.clarku.edu

  2. Press Enter on your keyboard

  3. Select More choices. Then select Use a Different Account.

  4. Enter your Clark account information and select OK to finish.

  5. A window with a list of printers will open. Locate the name of your print queue (e.g. ASEC_COLOR_MFP_001) and double click on it to install.

  6. Print a test page to make sure your device is connected to the printer.

Printing a Test Page

  1. From the Start menu, type Printers. Select and open Printers & scanners by clicking on it.

  2. Choose the correct printer by name, then click on it. Select Manage.

  3. Click Print a test page.
