Connect to Clark University Wi-Fi

Connect & Register your Device
This step should will completed when you arrive on campus
Connect to the Clarkwifi network
Open Settings
Select Connections
Click on Wi-Fi
Click on ClarkWiFi
Under EAP method, select PEAP
Enter your Clark account details (full email address, and password) in the Identity and Password fields. Leave Anonymous Identity blank
Under CA Certificate, select Don’t Validate
If you get an option for Phase 2 Authentication, select MSCHAPV2
Click Connect
Register your device
When connected, you will receive a pop-up window with a link to Continue to Device Registration. If you don’t receive this window, open a browser and navigate to https://clarknet.clarku.edu
Click on Continue to Device Registration
Log in with your Clark account
Enter a nickname for your device that is descriptive
We recommend the device make and model, and year of registration
Check the box to state that you have read and agree to the Appropriate Use policy
Click Register
Click Ok
Reset your wifi connection
Open Settings
Select Connections
Click on Wi-Fi
Turn Wi-Fi off
Turn Wi-Fi on
Click on ClarkWiFi
Test your Wi-Fi by navigating to a preferred non-Clark website.
Turn Off Mac Randomization
If using a more recent version of Android, your WiFi settings may default to MAC randomization to offer additional security when using a public network.
As ClarkWiFi is a secure network, and your device is registered, MAC randomization is not necessary and will prevent you from connecting.
Google Pixel / Motorola / Other Androids:
Open the Settings app
Select Network and Internet
Select WiFi
Connect to the Wireless network
Tap the gear icon next to the current connection
Select Advanced
Select Privacy
Select "Use device MAC"
Samsung Galaxy:
Navigate to "Settings"
Select "Connections"
Select "WiFi"
Select "the Wireless Network you wish to connect to"
Tap the gear shaped icon next to the network you connected to
Select "Advanced"
On the next screen there is a menu labeled "MAC Address Type".
Tap on "MAC Address Type"
Select “Use Phone/Device MAC”
