Once you have been given access to a print queue (by the Help Desk), you may connect the printer to your personal or a University-owned Windows 10 computer using the steps outlined in this document. This process requires you to be connected to the Clark network, so please make sure you are connected by Wi-Fi, the wired network or by VPN.

Before You Start
Have the printer domain and printer queue name nearby. This information is given to you by the ITS Help Desk.
Connect to the internet.
Instructions
From the Start menu, type in the domain name you were given, which is one of the following:
\\cuprinters.ad.clarku.edu
\\xerox.ad.clarku.edu
\\printers.ad.clarku.edu

Press Enter on your keyboard.
A window with a list of printers will open

. Locate the name of your print queue (e.g. ASEC_COLOR_MFP_001)

using the search function and double click on it to install.

Print a test page to make sure your device is connected to the printer.
Printing a Test Page
From the Start menu, type Printers. Select and open Printers & scanners by clicking on it.
Choose the correct printer by name, then click on it. Select Manage.
Click Print a test page.
