Before You Start
Using your Clark email, send files to the print queue.
For black and white printing, attach file to an email and send to print.bw@clarku.edu
For color printing, attach file to an email and send to print.c@clarku.edu
Wait for a confirmation email that your documents are ready to print

Note: Attachments must be a PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Visio, OpenOffice, Image (GIF, JPEG, PNG, BMP), or text document. |

Warning: If you do not print within 4 hours, your print jobs will automatically be deleted from the print queue. |

At the print release station,

swipe your OneCard to view your print jobs waiting in the print queue.

is not read on the first swipe, try again with the mag strip facing the opposite direction.
Your print queue will display any document(s) you’ve sent to the printer by file name. The screen will also show when you sent the job to the printer. Your username will be listed under the Owner column.
Before you release a document for printing,

check available funds on your OneCard to make sure you have enough to print everything you need.
Touch the Account button on the screen and a new window

If your Printing Allowance or Cash Card Balance does not display in this window, there is no money left in that account. You can go to the University’s
Cashier’s Office in 20 Downing Street to add more money to your Cash Card.

will display your available printing allowance. If you have no funds remaining in your print allowance, the Account window will display your Cash Card balance.
Tap Close to return to the print queue.
Highlight the print job(s) you’d like to print using the touch screen. In the lower left corner of the screen, you will see the total number of pages
