Export from Outlook for Mac

1. Open the Outlook app.

2. From Click on the File Outlook option in the toolbar at the top of your screen, . Select Legacy Outlook.

3. turn off New Outlookby clicking on it. This will cause Outlook to close and reopen.

4. In the pop-up window, click Revert. Outlook will close and reopen.

5. When Outlook reopens, go to the File tab click File in the toolbar at the top of your screen and select Export.

6. In the Export to Archive File (.olm)window, check the items you want to export, and click Continue.

7. In the Save Asboxwindow, select where you would like to save the archive file (e.g., Desktop) and give the file a name. Click Save.

8. Leave Outlook open until the export is finished.

9. Once all your data has been exported, you'll get a notification. Click Finish.

10. Once the export process is complete, you can turn off Legacy Outlook by clicking the toggle button in the upper right corner of the Outlook window.
