Note on Updating Remotely
If you are remote, please connect to the VPN prior to updating.
Instructions on installing and connecting to VPN: VPN - Install and Connect
If you remote into an on-campus computer, ITS suggests waiting until you are on campus to start the update process. If this is not feasible, please contact helpdesk@clarku.edu for guidance.
